MTN DOES NOT CARE ABOUT *****

MTN allows employees to generate OTPs for changing your user ID and then someone phones you saying they are from the MTN ***** department and requires the OTP send to you from MTN to stop the so called Sim swap being done on your phone. This has happened multiple times and MTN is doing Nothing about it!
