MTN does not care

The company that MTN uses that I got my new phone from (Mondo) stuffed up my delivery and I had to phone around to get it sorted. MTN was made aware of the issue and only one email that did not resolve anything was their only response. DSV also did their absolute worst with the eventual delivery.
