Mtn does not care

Last year around July August 2020 Mtn sold me a Zim only data deal with Mondo or something. On the call they promised 4GB day and 4GB night up until today January 10 2021 I have not received what was promised to me yet they are debting my account every month. I requested a copy of the call on the second month of not getting any data. No feedback. I requested an escalation of my problem on the 22nd of November, no feedback again on the 8th of December still no feedback. My money is being paid for nothing and no one at Mtn ais taking me seriously they don't care how I feel as a customer and my importance is not valued. I know if I had a different tone of voice and skin this matter would have been sorted it has been over 5 months now. Anyway who am I. What am I?
