MTN does not care!!
I placed an order for a new cellphone contract on MTN Online Shop on 5 June 2018 and got email acknowledgement promptly. Reference no. ********** 14. Same email promised "One of our dedicated agents will contact you within 48 hours".
Two follow up emails from me (Yes, you've guessed it - no responses either) later and 5 weeks since the order placed - no response whatsoever!!
2 Previous reviews here were met with empty promises...
I am about to give up on MTN - you simply don't care!
