mtn does not care !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have send questions to MTN on roaming on Sunday the 10 June... and guess what !!!!!!!!!!
NO a single word
how no one any respect at mtn???? why are you getting paid ??????
wake up and start giving service !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
1.can my phone be on roaming I have 2 pre paid packages in Saudi Arbia ? 2.and can I just reload airtime viva my bank? Even if I am in Saudi Arabia
3. how do I turn my voicemail off? 4. how can I confirmed these settings 5. when can it be on roaming I do not want to pay for roaming while still in the country? How long for it to change to roaming and confirmation?

1.Can my phone be on roaming I have 2 pre-paid packages in Saudi Arbia?
Please note we currently have no Roaming agreement with Saudi Arabia
2.Can I just reload airtime viva my bank Even if I am in Saudi Arabia?
Please note we currently have no Roaming agreement with Saudi Arabia, the banking service will not work.
3.How do I turn my voice mail off?
Please note voice mail can be switched off before you leave the country, Please note we currently have no Roaming agreement with Saudi Arabia
4.How can I confirmed these settings:
You can confirm the voice mail cancellation by dialling 132.
You can confirm Roaming activation by dialling *135# and selecting option 1.
Please note we currently have no Roaming agreement with Saudi Arabia
5. When can it be on roaming I do not want to pay for roaming while still in the country
When back in South Africa you can dial *135# option 1 to disable roaming.
Please note we currently have no Roaming agreement with Saudi Arabia
For further assistance please contact the prepaid department for assistance, 135 from the prepaid sim card.
