MTN does not cancel your contract and still take your money!

Worst service from MTN. I actually can't complain about the service, because there is no service at all.

They don't cancel your contract when they should and list you on ITC for not paying something that you are not supposed to pay. After numerous calls and emails they cancel your contract for you to find out your credit score has been affected. Now I am trying to get a letter that states my contract has been closed and no one can help after so many emails, calls and going to the store. If you look at the bad reviews on their Facebook page, I am one of many who is complaining about the same issue and no help.

MTN has no service, no legal device or always offline. What more should I do to get help from MTN?
