MTN DOES NOT CANCEL CONTRACTS

We are struggling to get our contract cancelled since August 2018. we went into the store to get help and we are still waiting. what can i do to get this sorted out?????? we are still paying because we do not want to get in trouble, but all the paper work is in order to be cancelled and did just as they said we must do. but nothing is happening...
