Mtn does not cancel contact and debits outrageous amounts

Mtn was suppose to canceled my contract in August. Then I find out my now in January it was never canceled. My account is being debited. With outrageous amounts. Every store and call I make tell me a different thing and amount. I am suppose to be in Credit. I have the proof. This service is disgraceful. When I can I will move to a different provider.
