MTN Does Not Assist their network users at all.

My sim has been made a contract sim without my permission due to an agreement between MTN and UNISA in error. I have numerous times tried to get this reversed but no one can assist me this is pathetic that this cannot be correct the error was not mine, I am not even a UNISA student, I appeal to have this corrected as soon as possible.

This has been an extremely frustrating experience and i have received no joy from any of the MTN branches in East London who keeps sending me from pillar to post.
