MTN does not accept any emails / respond to queries.

I am now living overseas and been trying to get MTN to cancel my contract. Their customer service email does not get looked at and nobody replies. I then out of desperation sent an email to CR*****queries@mtn and guess what. It doesnt get delivered. There is no way I can get MTN to do this for me as there are no email communication available.
