MTN does know what is customer service or want more business

I would like to complain that the staff,call center and store is unable to service customers.I app**** for another cellphone contract on saturday and I was promised a call on monday about it but nothing.I called today about 20 times to different numbers provided to me by MTN but nobody can assist.I am still in the same position where I know nothing about when i can collect my cellphone.The website store numbers does not work and the call center does not have working contact numbers
