Mtn does it once again. I have had it😡

I have a home router that I apparently owed R11 from the previous month. Upon paying for my router which had no problems I was informed today by Nokuthula Mlaba that they do see my payment for October but because I allegedly owe R11 I won't be reconnected until the 1st October 2024, so I have 17 days to go without Internet connection because of an R11 payment that I was never notified of.

They can take their router and give me back my R292 for October. What mockery is this😡😡😠😤😤😤.

I have heard people complaining but this is it.
