MTN does it again with their horrible service

MTN consultants are completely clueless and continue to waste customers time and resources. I was made to hold the phone for over an hour, without receiving assistance and to top it off I was sent from pillar to post at first.

It certainly isn't on, I am highly contemplating cutting all services with them. It's just unacceptable!!!!
