MTN DOES ********** DEALS

I have two accounts with MTN. One account has two numbers and the other one. Two of the contracts have expired and the last one expires in October. About 3 months ago someone (sales) from MTN called me to say that they have this awesome deal to up my data and airtime as apparently I am using more than what my contract gives me at NO extra cost. I specifically asked her if there are any extra costs and she said NONE. Well after the first month my bill was R300 more.....fortunately I pay via EFT so I only paid the amount I normally pay. Phoned MTN and they fixed the mistake. Next month same story. I call them again and they say they will escalate the query and migrate the contract back to the original deal. Well the next month, same story. I went into one of their branches as it was impossible to get hold of them on the phone and their waiting message becomes impossible to listen to as it is the same message over and over. In actual fact their automatic service is outdated as it is saying that I am not due for an upgrade and upgrade eligibility is in February 2020....but I am out of contract.

They block all my phones so I have to call them every day to unblock all the phones while I wait two months for them to fix their mess. I am planning on going over to another network. Be careful of MTN they have no clue what they are doing and they do ********** deals.
