MTN does everything not to pay

Dear MTN
My number is ***.
In November 2014 on the 17th, I purchased a 24 hour unlimited data bundle and activated it and proceeded to use it. The end of that month R6018 was deducted from my account without being notified of the high volume of data used. This high data volume was due to a error in activating the 24 hour data bundle at MTN side and I was changed for this. In December 2014 the same thing happened and this bill was R10500. This was when I stopped all payments and requested an investigation. In March 2015 I was credited on the account for the R10500 of December 2014, however nothing was done for November 2014 as requested. I have been trying since then to get my money paid back to me from MTN and no help has been received. Now they are saying that the cannot help me as the documents have been archived for November 2014. I want this sorted out now. My attorney is bury getting a court order for this investigation to be concluded as it seems MTN is useless. Please do not mail me in regards to this as you can call me. My cell number is *** and my work number is ***. Please call me so we can get this sorted out.

Petrus Johannes Boshoff
