MTN? - Does anyone their know how their network works?

3 weeks, 2nd complaint on Hello Peter. The first created 1 call with no result. Management clearly avoid client contact. 20 calls to call centres - shoved from one to the other. This mornings response - " no fault on our side - how must I fix something that does not exist". Still cant make calls with my Minutes on my contrac.
