MTN doen't care about its customers

Even after complaining several times to complaints, coverage, retention and customer service departments, no body from MTN has contacted me to try and resolve my issues. In the last complaint that i listed with Hello Peter, the gentleman by the name of Tim promised to get back to me and issued a reference number REQ:***. It has been a week already, i am still struggling with network coverage. <br> <br> At this state, i really don't know what to do to get assistance from MTN, i am frustrated on a daily basis with this network coverage and seemingly they just don't care.<br> <br> I am writing this report now out of desperation.
