MTN Documents - A***
Hi, i had a contract with MTN which i have settled on January 2015 and they went off listing my name on March 2015 on my experian and my TU. Now when I call them they've promise to get back to me after the consultant claims to log a call to which it has never happened. I once spoke to Joan/ John (male voice) and he promised that it was a mistake he is sending an instruction to update my a/c on both my TU and experian but when I check with these ITC no request to update was sent. please assist me as this is killing my credit scoring because of someone isn't doing her job. their legal department (MTN) has never been available when calling and those are the people responsible for these. i need my status to be cleared asap.<br> <br> Many thanks<br> Rector
