MTN Do Not Use - *****ulent Activity and Inability to cancel contract

After *****ulent activity on my contract, I have been trying to cancel this for the past 3 weeks. I get the same response about logging a ticket with no accountability, service agents such as Lukhanyo Faas, Olwethu Billi and Ezile display nonchalant behaviour, are rude and unhelpful.
