MTN Do not understand a simple request

I have tried 5 times to get a printout for data usage for the 3rd and the 10th of March. I keep telling them over and over to send as an attachment and not WINRARzip as I am unable to open it but they either do not send it or when they do then it's that same format. I am told that Playstore used almost 4 Gigs of data on the 3rd of March and about the same on the 10th of March which has never ever happened before. How do I get them to send it in such a way that I can download and open it to see for myself that Playstore could have used around 8 Gigs in one week. I am complaining here because there is no other way to get them to understand what I am asking them to do.
