MTN do not listen to customers needs
Firstly number 808 does not work. You hear music, then rings, then back to music, after 30minutes of waiting, you finally get cut off. YOU NEVER GET THRU.

Secondly, I contacted your offices on the 23rd March, which I was enquiring how to go about porting my number. i did not give the Retentions authorisation to port my number. Later that day, I received a sms to say my number will be ported in 30days. Like I said, I only enquired, did not give anybody authority to go ahead.

I also emailed Nkosana Magazi as my details are still incorrect on your system, I received an email back stating I need to contact Credit Management CIP Queries or call customer services on 808
