Mtn do not deliver on time

I did an upgrade with MTN on the 25th of October 2017 and i have not received my tablet even today. Mtn is failing us as customers. I have been waiting forever. Can somebody deliver my tablet as soon as possible.

This is irritating. You Mtn seems like you dont care about our needs. How can i wait for so long for a delivery to take place.
