MTN Dissaray
Did an online application for an iPhone 17 Pro Max online at R1499.00 per month, all was approved, due to stock i had to wait for delivery. Called DSV a week later, they have not received the package, no problem. I waited two weeks and called DSV and they advised the package was sent back to MTN and application cancelled. Had to reapply but this time it costs R1649 per month. All approved and this morning I get confirmation that the package was sent to DSV. DSV calls and when they did i politely asked to be called back since i was busy at that time. No one called. I call DSV and they say MTN made a note on system to NOT deliver the package and they don't know why. I call MTN and they don't know why either. That is two contract applications cancelled with no reason. Mind you I am an existing client of MTN. This is mind boggling to say the least

08 Jan 2026, 16:55Now the product was sent back to MTN call MTN theycant help I must call iTalk, call them no answer. This is frustrating all I want is the damn thing cancelled and now no one can assist
