MTN dissappoints

Greetings, I'm so so disappointed about MTN SA and I would like to warn people about it. I lost my phone on the 6th of August 2024. I have been in and out in their branches but still haven't recovered my number I have been holding for more than 10 yrs. I even did affidavit but still nothing. I am stuck I can't access my emails and all my contacts gone. I'm so stressed and I feel defeated. Please people never depend on this service provider.
