Mtn dissapointing want my money back

I've sent my A32 in for repairs it was in working condition but becausethe lower speaker didnt work i couldn't fully use my cell i sent it in when they sent it away i was billled nearly 5000 im paying my cell off for the past 3 months still haven't received my cell phone im very disappointed in the fact i have to pay a phone i dont have very bad service
