MTN dispute no action

Good day I have a contract with MTN which is now month to month after completing the 24 months period. In January 2023 agent/marketer completed a contract on my behalf changing min to a data contract without my consent. I noticed it after 2 months since this number is hardly used. I queried it and dispute was in my favour. I’m still waiting for my refund, debit order continues to go off even after wining the dispute and have asked for this contract to be cancelled. It’s now two months of no action from MTN should this not take days than months?
