Mtn dispute

Mtn is a ****. I canceled my contract with them December 2025 due to poor services. The matter was escalated however they still debit money from my account. I returned their router on the 12/12/2025. I want my money back. They told me that I owe them for services that I am not benefiting from. I have ever since been waiting for an email from them regarding my cancelation. I have emails as proof.
