MTN Dispute
<p>Good Day, I would like to enquire, I got sequestrated in 2010, and now recently I was made aware that I owe MTN money. Firstly have I never been contacted by MTN in the past 5 to 7 years, and they were supposed to put in a claim with the lawyers when the sequestration took place. This seems like it was never done. I am struggling to get hold of the correct people, hopefully I get some feedback here. According to The Prescription Act 68 of 1969, after 3 years the debt prescribes, mine has been between 5 and 7 years. Can someone from the Legal Department please get in touch with me and confirm in writing that this debt will be taken off my credit profile please. Thanking You Kindly, Gerrit Meijer, ********** .
