Mtn dispute

My name is Bhekisisa Shezi, I'd no :***, I had contact with Mtn in 2020 and due to bad service and dispute have cancel my contract in May after they took my case to lawyer and settle my account via lawyer. Since then they fail to clear my name from May 2020 unti now even thou have paid them outstanding amount which they told me was due.

I have apply for house bond recent and my bond application was not successful to due my name not cleared or amount still showing outstanding by Mtn.

I would like to get some assistance since have paid their moneywhich was told is due in May 2020.
