MTN disinterested, unprofessional, where is Vodacom when you need them!

This is the 2nd time in 3 days that I am writing about the call centre to cancel my contract. MTN outlets will not help you. This is the 2nd time that I have waited for 30min to be helped without even speaking to someone, but listening to some pathetic backround music that is wasting my battery life. I have received no calls from MTN about my initial complaint on hello Peter, nor can I get through to cancel my contract. Please do not use MTN, cancel any service you have with them, they will eat your money, but have ZERO aftersales service..... These people are sharks and do not deserve any support....
