MTN dishonesty combined with incompetence.

On 14 Jan 20 I signed a contract package for a Samsung A50, 1 Gb anytime data, 1Gb night express, 100 min airtime Plus Bonus Value of 2Gb anytime data and 50 Anytime minutes for 24 months. This deal was on page 10 of the MTN January 2020 Y'ello brochure. The contract I signed stated "MTN Made for me @ R559 pm + 2 Gb + 50min. So now I only get the standard 100min and 1Gb data for R569 pm. After many mails and explanation and sending the copies of the contract to MTN and speaking to the MTN shop attendant I have had no success. It seems as if they are being spitefull and ******** with their replies.I am really exhausted with their attitude and am disappointed that I chose MTN for this service as I had similar overcharging isues with previous contracts. I see this as outright dishonesty on their behalf and it seems as if they hope that I will disappear with frustration.
