MTN DISHONEST WITH CONTRACT DEAL

I've never in my life experienced worse service from any company we've done business with. During September 2019 our company upgraded on existing contract. I upgraded to Huawei P30 Pro. Included in this upgrade was Huawei watch. Vanderbijlpark MTN didn't have stock on phone I requested and agreed to get phone from another branch, but I only received the phone 3 weeks after I've signed the contract with them. BUT also, WITHOUT the Huawei watch. After many communication between us, they said they can't get more stock from Huawei, as this deal was only for September and I received my phone October, although I've signed contract during September and it was their responsibility to deliver during September. I only agreed to this contract to receive the watch as well, as we use the watch for fitness tracking. I wanted to upgrade to an Iphone, but upgraded to Huawei to get this deal. Never ever been so disappointed in any service, MTN Head office client complaints agreed that I should get the watch, but said it is up to the branch we're I've signed the contract and they refused to get me the watch. This rating for you to give at keast one star, but MTN inly deserve a negative rating from me. Terrible service.
