MTN dishonest service provider!

I’ve been trying to cancel a router for the past 3 days and I’ve been receiving no assistance at all but rather run around with no feasible solution/feedback granted. No resolution but constant run around. They keep cancelling my request for whatever reason, nobody seems to care or bother. Inconsistent and dishonest. Very disheartening service as they are dishonest with the information and service they give. No matter how desperate you are don’t ever consider them. I’ve returned everything, signed, provided everything and I’m still trying to get this case resolved. To date I haven’t received confirmation that the cancellation has been done. I have to be the one doing the calls and emails for updates? Daily I receive emails that my cancellation was cancelled, for what reason? I’ve supp**** the cancellation IRMS number and still nothing is being done. Who must be liable for paying ? Why the incompetence? I’m so tired of MTN AND ITS ****TY SERVICE! It remains unresolved! I’m so disgusted
