MTN dishonest mobile network provider

It's been 2 years i finished paying MTN via their MBD attorneys, due to date my name is still not cleared, my credit record is bad because of MTN. I launched a complaint against them even went to Twitter, but my case it hasn't been resolved it's been 4 months they been telling me that they are still investing the matter the will revert back to me. MTN is just a big **** cause they still want me to pay cause my account is still open on their side. I rate MTN poor service
