MTN dishonest

Terrible service. Loaded R400 on prepaid wifi card. Money is just missing. MTN is trying to blame my bank instead of taking responsibility. Very bad attitude. Bank statememts proof money went to them, but they refuse to assist. More than R600 lost this way
