MTN dishonest

I have a billing problem I first had a month to month contract 20 meg Line then a marketing person called me offering a cheaper option so I fell for it after receiving the package I tried to set it up and failed so I took it in to an MTN store to find out that all the stores in East London are franchises the one in Vincent park informed me that the one I got last was slower (10mbs and had less fair use policy gigabytes ) when I asked them to send it back as I was still in the cooling period they refused to send the contract back and sent me to Hemingways mall branch fortunately they were accommodating. I was hacked on my Gmail account and only later on I called MTN they after a while closed my month to month contract and not the 24 month contract I then sat with a router and simcard which was useless so I returned that contract.MTN only want to reimburse me just under R400 when I had no use of the 24 month contract and they been taking R295 a month since 1 December 2024 till March 2025 they admitted it was their error on the phone cancelling the incorrect contract.
