MTN DISGUSTING SERVICE ON CONTRACTS: DEDUCTING TWICE IN ONE MONTH AND HAS NOT REFUNDED ME AFTER 2 MONTHS OF CONPMAINTS

Mtn has double deducted from my account in one month and after going back and forth with them for more than 2 months they still have not refunded my money. They deducted every single month and then proceeded to double deduct.

I have sent them my bank statement and still this issue has not been resolved. We are living in a climate where people are struggling. I think it is disgusting that MTN has still not resolved my issue.
