MTN DISGUSTING SERVICE, DISGRACE TO THE CELLULAR SERVICE

I am trying to cancel a cellphone contract, it's been 3 hours and I am still trying to get hold of an agent in the cancellation department. MTN you are quick to assist for new business and contract renewals, however when there is a cancellation of contract there is no one to assist. Your lack of service is appalling. Your staff is a disgrace and are not customer centric
