MTN Disgusting Service

The most disturbing, atrocious, disgusting service ever received from MTN, MTN Mall of Africa, Mtn Sales, MTN Retentions. Long story short-My upgrade was done telephonically, was not happy with the device, returned it on the 6th day which is within the 7 day return grace period, booked it in at the MTN Mall of Africa store to the most rudest representative Itumeleng Maropeng only providing a reference number and saying the call centre must be contacted and he cannot help. With numerous calls to him and his area manager Siya and to the call centres and retentions department and one month later still no service has been provided with no device and still left paying for the contract without receiving any minutes, data or sms.
