MTN - Disgusting Service

Someone has opened up an account with my ID i have tried to contact MTN like 100 times and tons of mails to tell them this. I even went to the police station and to date MTN has not even bothered to call me and contact me about this. They have taken money out of my account again an 2nd time that has now forced me to block MTN, Disgusting service
