Mtn disgusting service

Mtn and their poor service, where do I even start. I have Mtn month to month unlimited and in only 2 months I have been with the network I am already struggling, they close my access to wifi without any explanation and when I call to find out, its the same answer, we will sort it out. I have Eft'd twice because they say debit order bounced but conveniently my payments are not reflecting on their side, I have cancelled and only a month later I am told cancellation takes place at their Mtn stores not online. Such a big company with appalling service.
