MTN DISGUSTING SERVICE

I made an early upgrade with MTN via Cresta mall and I swiped my card there to complete the upgrade application however whenever I contact the MTN customer service they are completely *********** in their tasks to just find out why my bill is over R800 over the normal rate this is utter disgusting service
