MTN disgusting service

I upgraded my contract to MTN UYO on 2019-04-16 and at the same time purchased a new sim card and paid for a sim swap. I was told that the sim card will be up and running within 24 hours. On 2019-04-17, I returned to the store at Baywest Port Elizabeth to be told that there is a network problem and they are "working" on the problem. On 2019-04-18, I phoned the store and I was informed by the manager that a consultant will phone me back. After I did not get any response from the store, I pleaded for assistance on MTN SA Facebook page by sending them an inbox message. I got a reply, and they informed me that no sim swapwas registered on my number. On 2019-04-19 @ 09:45 my husband visited the store, only to find that the consultant who initially helped me, was hiding in the back room, sending messages to the front desk via another consultant in the store. He was told that they made an email enquiry to head office earlier the morning and we must check if the sim card is working within 4 hours. Needless to say, it's 7 hours later, still no working sim card and no response from the store manager or consultant.
