MTN disgusting service

I recently complained about horrible service from mtn when contract was signed for me *****.Mtn had not gotten back to me. I also have been reporting complaints on the Facebook messages and nothing. They want me to give them I'd no bank detail mtn pin all on social media. Who puts out these details on social media.many years ago I was unemployed but I had put enough money for my mtn debit order but mtn triple debited my account and I had lost my cold card account. Now I am afraid they will take money for ***** on their side. I am now unemployed due to long covid so I don't want them taking whatever money I have to live off. I spoke to more that 10 people try to go throgh to their legal department but you get cut off or they just leave you hanging. Disgusting service. Sad part you can not speak to a manager or anyone that can help Second attempt
