MTN - disgusting service!!

If I could give zero stars I would!!!!

I have paid my contract in FULL! I have been trying to cancel my contract for almost 2 weeks but I cannot get through to the cancellation department.

I have emailed retentions with no response either, I have also messaged MTN on Facebook and have been promised assistance which I have not received.

MTN service is absolutely disgusting, I will never take a contract out with MTN again.
