MTN Disgusting!

Been trying for months to get international roaming sorted on my Fiance's phone, have made numerous calls to MTN only to have tickets opened, promised made, and tickets closed within hours, with no assistance. Then tried dealing with a Store, MTN Oakfields benoni, was even worse, promises made, tickets opened, tickets closed. Messages left, nobody replies. What's the use of having a contract and not being able to use your phone overseas? We're losing business as we cannot make or receive calls, have zero signal, will not connect to anything, MTN just do not give a damn, if you can't call in or get help through a Store, where else should one go for help? I cannot wait to change Service Provider, this has been a complete disaster. I wonder if this post will even get a response, I doubt it, MTN you really should take a good look at your Customer Service, it is non existent!!!!!!!!!
