MTN DISGUSTING DELAY WITH REFUND

Good day

My data contract for MTN was due to end at the end of March 2016. I had gone to the store at Gateway in March 2016 to cancel and was told to contact the call centre in order to cancel it which I had done in the middle of March 2016. Someone at Gateway store had then renewed my contract without my consent or documentation being signed on 02 April 2016. I had called the call centre and they had told me this and mentioned that what was done was ********** and that i need to submit a certified copy of ID document and affidavit. I had phoned again a week later and was told that they had not received my affidavit which I then sent through. Each time I called to query my refund i was told that either the ID document or affidavit was not submitted. Eventually i had tpo submit 3 times before my contract was cancelled which was done on 18 July. I phoned again numerous times to find out about my refund and still had no joy. They had debited me 4 times since i had cancelled my contract. Each time i had phoned i was always told that the refund will take 48 hours to process and i will have the money in my account then. This was told to me from beginning of August 2016. I have phoned around 10 times and each time with the same result. After the fifth time of phoning i was told that my affidavit was not given to them again. I then had to forward it to them for the FOURTH time. After that, I phoned numerous times again with different excuses as to why my refund was not processed. Either it was sent to the wrong department or a document was missing. I have been trying to sort this out for the past 6 months with absolutely no luck. Seems like they are the type of company that enjoys taking people money but refuse to pay us back what is due to us. I have wasted so much of airtime and time phoning them. They had renewed my contract without my knowledge and consent, they took 4 months just to cancel it therefore debiting from my account for 4 months and now make excuses not to give my money back which unfair and unreasonable
