MTN DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE

It's been 4 months trying to get MTN to review my contract package. Guess what? I can't get help at MTN centre's. Was told I need to call a certain a number which is not answered or always busy. In the mean time I'm paying for a package which is not compitable with my hand set. Having a contract with MTN is nonsense there is NO CUSTOMER service.
