MTN Disgusting Customer Service

Mtn is the worst network provider ever. I have ordered a data sim, I received it April 2020, it was just the simcard no number with it just the simcard not even in a package. I tried for more the 3months to get the simcard activated so that I can use it, after they told me the simcard will be actived within 24hours and till this very day 5 November 2020 the simcard is still not active and they send my emails and sms to make payments for the contract. They want me to pay for somthing that does not work. I contacted customer care, I have send emails and still no respond. I was at the branch and they said they can't assist me because I ordered the simcard using the online option. I'm not qble to use the simcard I do not want to use it anymore, I'm not going to make any effort from my side anymore and I will not make any payments.
