MTN - DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR

Hi There,

MTN has provided me with *********, ******** service !!!!

My contract has come to an end, and I am currently struggling to cancel this contract as:

A. MTN contract cancellations department DO NOT answer there phones. I have been kept waiting, for hours on end - after every attempt to try and cancel each day.

B. Additionally, MTN has been making excuses that their system is slow, and they therefore cant do anything.

C. MTN then tells me one cannot email them to request to cancel nor can one go in to cancel. WOW !!! what type of company is this - that only cancels via phone, but then does not answer their phone.

However, MTN has continued to deduct monies from my account.

Law agencies need to look into this type of behavior by this company.
